Bad tile installation or warped/bent tiles?

Hello everyone. I just had these expensive wood like tiles installed throughout the house and as you can see from the pictures they're uneven in some areas. I pointed it out to the tiler of course and he told me that the tiles are bent! They're the AXI golden oak tiles and they cost me €60 (about $70) per square meter! I'm freaking out cos I don't know what to do. Is it the tiler or the tiles? Please help as I already paid the tiler yesterday but maybe still in time to complain. Thank you for your time and suggestions.
