Can these bulbs be saved.

I have a patch of amaryllis bulbs in my garden, possibly due to being over watered this winter or just a random pest attack they have been set upon by mealy bugs. I have been killing them using isopropyl alcohol and there are (maybe) fewer bugs now. But I am not convinced that is the end of their issues.

Any advice, suggestions, or even a comment that it is hopeless would be appreciated. I mostly want to know if you think they may have a disease as well, there is a major mealy bug issue right now, but I don't know if that would cause the discoloration and curling leaves. I have looked at pictures of the more common diseases online, but none seem to fit perfectly.
