There are different ways to lay stones on the walkway. One is cement the other is stone sand. Any preference?

    Cement is the only way to go for a permanent, stable surface.

    I do not agree with cement is the only way to go. If the preparation is done the way it should be a stone can be use, when you go to Europe some street have been there for over 100 years and still look great, it is all about the prep work.

    We do it both ways depending on the look that we are going for. If you look at some of our other jobs, we have done entire walkways and patios with large slab flagstone on a gravel base
