My thoughts are......bulking up the window and door trim, adding shutters, revamping the lines of my landscape, a small deck, window boxes. Let me know what your thoughts are. I'm a visual person, so PS versions would be amazing too! ;)

yes, i agree that a wider white trim detail around the door and windows would be great. also, the step up to the front door seems awkwardly (and dangerously) high....i'd correct that with a wooden deck-like porch to make the entrance more prominent and welcoming...it's so small as it is now. plants and flowers will work wonders here. perennials are a little more costly to purchase than annuals, but they will come back every year, so they are worth it....and they will grow and fill-in over the seasons, so don't overfill the bed with baby plants....add a few each spring to stay on budget. i'd add some flowering shrubs (hydrangea?), some daylillies (stella d'oro's are favorites!) and perhaps even mount a climbing trellis between the front 2 windows, and plant some climbing, flowering vines (clematis?). keep us posted! :)

Thanks! The step is definitely high! the sidewalk sunk and we are hoping to redo that this year. I love the wooden deck like porch idea. perennials are my favorite. Love not having to replant every year! Love your plant choices. Thanks again!
