Pot rack in wall/upper cabinet

I had been looking for ideas to install pot rack in the upper cabinet, found one sample as below. I was wondering if there are other options (Maybe different orientation or even better if the rack can be pulled out for easy access). Appreciate if anyone could share some examples.
