First lower the T.V. so the center of the screen is at eye level when you are sitting down to watch. Remove the light fixture that is hanging for no reason. As for T.V console check out Ikea Besta line very nice and affordable A nice area rug some art some pillows on the sofas to go with the rug and art and some window coverings will all make the space feel better.

whatever tv unit you choose, have one with sliding doors for HIDDEN storage. Ours stores an xbox, another blue ray player, a small speaker as well as lots of other things, out of sight = out of mind. you then just put the tv on top of it so it is at eye level. after all that, you will have the entire wall to add mirrors, art, skulls or whatever you wish.

to be on safe side since you have a rather pale wall, I'd go a wooden unit or white, like walnut wood colour. NOT pine, that always looks cheap.

I'd definitely lower the TV, get a sideboard or put the TV on a TV bench, put the TV on the side and do wall shelves on the other. Put the largest sofa against the window and the smaller on where the larger one is. you definitely need an area rug, a coffee table and maybe 2 small ottoman stools on the other side of the large couch. also maybe bring the furniture down a bit towards the TV. keep it simple! nice space :)

Yeah I would definitely move the smaller sofa at the window, directly under the windows in the middle. and a side table with a lamp.
