Need Ceiing Fan Advice

I need help finding the best ceiling fan for cooling a great room which is approximately 36' x 48', with a 26' ceiling. We will be replacing two fans in the space. How large a fan do I need? Any suggestions for a modern fan?

Look at Big Ass Fans, go to Houzz photos type in Big Ass Fans. They can help you determine how big and how many.

there are many sites that have the formulas for what you are looking for. type your sentence into your google search bar and you'll be on your way.

if you are considering reversing the fan direction in winter make sure you choose one with a remote with reverse button. we went with a minka aire pancake fan.
