one will do its not that big. i would got concrete urn style planter with ivy or small topiary maybe a little wrought iron one would be cute too. and do some hostas , lilly of the valley, in the beds. and shrub on either side of stoop. also your wall lanterns should go out and up and be a bit larger.

Leave your front door area empty for safety reasons, with the number of people coming and going leave plenty of room for people to pass on the steps. Focus on your planters and possibly a couple of urns at the base of the steps. If this is an event that will be happening in the evening put some lighting at the foot of the steps.

generally the traffic is one way, tour members leave by another entrance. but the point remains, some people will trip over anything.
