My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It's a custom made oval tub from Roberts Hot Tubs in the Bay Area. They can be used indoor or outdoor. Roberts sells different varieties of tubs. http://www.rhtubs.com/oval.htm. Make sure to budget as much or more in installation than the tub costs and use an installer who has experience. We (our general contractor and us) learned the hard way. Also note that by law water can only be heated to 104 degrees, which can feel lukewarm after a hot shower (these tubs are soaking tubs, so you must be clean before entering - Japanese style).
