My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    They are called "high bay pendants" and they are most likely LED.

    For those who love the lights. Those are from an old Czechoslovakian factory in the 60/70s. There are sellers on eBay selling them from Slovakia or u can get them from www.trainspotters.co.uk
