If the floor plan can accommodate two doorways, then I'd recommend doing that. If you can get a better layout with having only one doorway, it might be worth sacrificing the convenience of the two doors. I think it does add value having two doors.

not sure about added value, but you can end up with a lot of lock outs or worse, should have been locked outs.

we have a bathroom like this in our vacation home, door to hall and door to one of the guest rooms. i cannot see how it makes sense, it sure doesnt for us. all it takes is one night when non-bathroom door people want to use the bathroom and the people in the other guest room left the hall bathroom door locked.
