Top picture almost looks like Herbicide damage, but could bee Tomato Leaf Curl from stress...

Bottom looks like either flea beetle damage or possible fertilizer burn?

I am no expert though...hopefully since you posted this in May all has worked itself out!

I agree with lillivewire that the leaf curl is from stress and the little holes are from flea beetles. Hopefully, there's nothing to worry about :)

What is the name of variety?
Does it happen to all varieties, or just one ?
How is the watering, rain situation?
Are you growing in container ? is so what medium have you used ?

I know this :
Some varieties are prone to this kind of leaf role .
Excess water ( rain or hand watering ..) also can cause this ..
Wrong medium , retaining too much moisture can be a contributor.
Too much nitrogen might be another reason. Are the edge of some leaves crisp?


Now , herbicide drift is a remote probability to me , based on your picture.
