Look for a cabinet shop that is local. Basically they will need to remove the raised panel and replace it with glass.

Try Barker Cabinet Doors it will be cheaper to just have new doors made already prepped for glass. Otherwise do it yourself. Panel floats in frame. You can cut the center of the panel allowing the panel to slide out. You would still have to rip or route the rails and stiles to accept the glass though.

I had a local cabinetmaker remove the panel from a cabinet. It was very inexpensive. I then took the cabinet door to a local glass store and had glass put in. It was less expensive than buying new doors.

I did have to wait a while because the cabinet maker was quite busy and had to fit my small job in-between his big orders. If you know someone with carpentry skills, it is just a matter of using a router to remove the portion of the wood holding in the panel. I have similar cabinets and one has a glass door - I really like it. That is not the door I had done though - I had a cabinet I refinished for the bathroom done.
