Did you just move it outdoors from indoors? Looks like the leaves got scaled by the sun.

No, I didn't. It's been outside since beginning. But it gets direct sunlight at least 6 hrs a day. Should i move to shadow area so it doesn't get direct sun?

I'm not sure where you live. I can keep cilantro in full sun all day but I live in a relatively cool, damp climate. Someplace hotter? Maybe keep it some place where the cilantro doesn't get the hottest, later day sun but still has sun earlier on. Generally the scalded plants recover with no permanent damage.
