My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    @bananawind: We used a staging service to ready the house for the market and they provided the sofa. So, I'm not sure the manufacturer or where they purchased it.

    We have the same sofa, it is from Ashley Furniture.
