Here is an image of a bean plant (bountiful bush bean) that I planted a week ago. I've also attached an image of a celery plant adjacent to the bean plant if that helps the diagnosis at all. I started it from seed and it did quite healthy while in a homemade soil (coco coir, perlite and worm castings). It was green and healthy when it was planted and now it looks like this. Can anyone tell me the problem? It was planted in a mixture of top soil, cow manure and compost with native clay soil. I did put a small amount of dry organic fertilizer in the bottom of the hole (i think it is 5-3-3, espoma brand). None of my plants look healthy since planting. The weather hasn't been great here in SE Wisconsin but I don't think bad enough to look like this. Its gotten plenty of rain.
