The toilet paper and shelves. Where is this from?

I love that small unit next to the toilet. Does it also contain a waste bin?

    The toilet paper and shelf unit alongside the toilet was custom designed and built by the millwork contractor. There is a waste bin under the square access hole in the top and it is accessible behind the door.
