From my scetch below, you can see I want to bring the driveway up along the right side of the garage. My garage is 25ft deep (ext. measurements). The grid (hard to see) represents 1 sqft. I will have a wood gate running across the drive but I'd like to have enough space for one vehicle to park outside the gate while having 6ft or so of conrete inside of the gate for a lawnmower and such. I think I'm on the right track with the amount of space I'll need to manuver a vehicle in the extra space. Thoughts?
