Are the floors done in this room, cause they look good.

I would suggest you paint all the trim and mop board white and then add white-painted crown molding. The wall color seems a bit bright, and you might opt for two or three shades lighter or a less-bright version on the color chart. If you are keeping the sectional, which appears to be black leather, I would suggest you get a print area rug with black and the aqua shades in it. Some throws and throw pillows in your favorite accent color will bring the decorating scheme together. You might also use the accent color in chair pads and a table cloth for the dining area.

Light paint for sure. Grey is big right now. I would choose a lighter version of grey. Make sure it's not too dark ..... Ceiling looks like it needs a fresh coat of white paint and you can add a large rug to the den area. The idea you want folks to get when they see the room is one room yet different rooms but that flow..... A long table in a warm maple tone with eclectic chairs and an interesting dining light...... Maybe two hangng ones or one rectangle one. Use a floor lamp somewhere in the den and place a chair next to it with a little small table for a reading area. Use a interesting trunk that doubles as storage and hang your tv from the wall to save space also remember to have fun with it.... Add airy curtains and install the rod higher to give an illusion of linger windows. Use a big pillow around for relaxing and add a basket for storage of a throw. Your on your way!
