I love this island. What is the dimensions? I'm not sure if this would fit in our kitchen.

51" x 110", though I came to those dimensions by leaving 3 or 4 feet between the ends and the walls, and 58" to the opposite counter -- being wide enough for the 2-3 of us in there cooking and cleaning at the same time.

My kitchen can not comfortably fit an island that size. But I love the idea of having the range to the far left instead of centered. Would this concept work in an island that is 67.2" x 36"? We would not have a sink in the island...just a slide in range with a downdraft.

Sounds pretty snug -- it's nice having about 14-16" or so to the left of the range for hot pots, dishing, etc. So with a 30" range, that would leave a little over two feet to the right. Best way to see if that's right for your cooking style is to mock it up with masking tape on a big table and suss out whether it's adequate.
