Why doesn't the company recognize this as a failed paint job?

I don't have a question I just feel bad for the homeowner as this would make me so mad! I have painted cabinets myself several times and have never had paint do this!!! This is not acceptable. Especially if they were sprayed by a professional. Something is wrong with the paint, like too much lacquer in it or something. I hope the company that sprayed them will replace the cabinets. or if they can re-prime and repaint.

As a Houzz-Pro Contributor we would not get one job if we handled issues such as this as Scott Harmanson of Advanced Cabinets has. Be warned that Advanced Cabinets is listed as a Houzz-Pro. Scott had made an agreement with our new contractor to reimburse us for 2/3rds of the cost. Within days if that agreement he renege and dared our contractor to 'sue him' if we wanted a resolution.

The high-end paint product was from Wurth Lois and Company; both parties pointing fingers at the other. This leaves us, a consumer in-the-trade, with a high debt and no suitable cupboard/drawer fronts in an entire kitchen after close to two years of trying to work with them.

Beware of this company if you are in the Utah, Rocky Mountain region.
