Can't really configure a space without dimensions and drawn to scale.

How does the staircase work? Looks like the main living area still needs room for a powder room and laundry.

The large room is 24 x 48
The stair case goes up from the foyer. At the back there is a door that will go down to the basement. Here is a picture of construction in progress

HI -- The ideas you have are a good start . Just a few things ,- bedrooms 2 and three might not need two sink vanities , that would save you some room and you should try to keep all the toilets plumbing closer together (master and rm 3) to save costs.In the master (principal) bedroom have the closet door closer to the room entrance so the bath is to the right of that space , so you get to the bath through the closet or have the door more in the middle so the closet is to the left and the bath is to the right. Then there might be a small space for a makeup vanity area in between . This makes the bath more private and the closet is a sound barrier from the hall. I hate it when the closet is in a bathroom. Then have it so the toilets of the master and bed three are back to back on that wall . The toilet in bedroom three is in the wrong spot . So if toilet in rm 3 is moved and then just have a single sink vanity , then you won't need to have that area jut into the room. It's not good to see the toilet when you enter the room and then you can also see it from the hall .That's the same for b- room 2 . then that would make more floor space in both and for b-2 , then the entrance to the bedroom can be better into that room so that the main entrance can be reworked a bit . I don't like all the angles there. Maybe moving b-2 's door closer towards the stairs would be better. I hope you under stand what I said ?!!
