The pulls are a custom design combining boat stanchions and teak dowels.

What length of teak dowels did you use? We are trying our hand at this and from the picture it looks like they are all uniform sizes

Hi there we did the exact same thing you see in the photos. I bought the teak dowels online. You can buy in varying lengths. I had to have them cut to all different lengths for the different sizes of my cabinet doors since we do have a lot of cabinets. Also when you buy them online they will be unfinished natural teak. They will have to be coated in polyurethane by someone who knows what they are doing. We actually used someone in Annapolis who has a boat finished and fixing business so they did all the topcoat for us plus cutting the dowels to size.
