My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The firepit was built in place but there is a purchased gas unit inside that provides the actual fire. Arterra Landscape Architects designed the firepit and gardens, and will have the specifics on the gas unit that was used.

    As far as I know, the patio is natural concrete, no special color added. The separations are filled with smooth river stones. You may be able to get more specific answers if you check with Arterra Landscape Architects. Thanks for your interest!

    I am sorry for the delay @waldbaum1 we actually created this space. This is a natural color, light sand blasted w/ la paz pebble. 3/4" joint w/ hidden drainage

    This fireplace was custom built, it has a gas line and a custom ring.
