Faint brown spots, slight curling, yellowing on old leaves... help!

Just got back from a 5-day vacation and found that my Mortgage Lifter plant has been acting up while I was away. (The plant version of the cat/dog who pees everywhere in the house out of despair, I guess?)

Anyway - this plant is on Day 40 in the ground and growing fast. Foliage is unbelievably thick, even a bit tangled-up on itself, you might say. Has flowers aplenty and at least half a dozen picture-perfect tomatoes on the way. While I was away, the two lowest branches had grown such that they were now drooping down and brushing the ground. So, I snipped them off this morning. But now I see this on the THIRD-lowest branch, and a couple faint symptoms on a couple adjacent branches. Any diagnosis or advice would be great.....
