Where can I find the 3 different sized,yet coordinating tiles?

Go to a tile showroom, not a big box or discounter. Where I live Arizona Tile comes to mind.

Agree with Adivra, most showrooms have series that match with one another. However, be on the lookout for sets that match in appearance but who's sizes don't line up perfectly with one another. A 1/16" difference can be very frustrating!
