    The floors are stained concrete slab. Very energy efficient and easy to maintain. The floors are cooler in the summer and warmer then tile in winter. Easy to maintain as well. No two floor come out the same as each mix of concrete, when pouring a slab is just slightly different and weather, temperature all has an impact in curing the concrete.
