My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for the question. The sofa is a roll arm style with boxed back cushions. It was custom ordered from an upholstery company in Thomasville, North Carolina, using a fabric we selected with the client. It is a style that works well in transitional homes and the deeper seat is comfortable for casual entertaining, TV watching or curling up with a book.
