Window treatment advice

I just had the wall taking down between kitchen and dining room. The paint is Benjamin Moore seersucker suit (Grey/blue) in both lichen and dining room. The island will be a grey color. I'm looking for advice for window treatments, the two kitchen windows have shutters, not sure what to do in the dining room now. Thanks!

You could pull out the blue in the carpet. Something like these would be nice.

I would suggest a solid, maybe close to your wall color then apply a wide or skinny band of trim in a pattern with the colors in your rug.

What would you say your theme is in the dining room? Is it traditional, contemporary, eclectic, etc.? Determine your color scheme in the kitchen and pull out one of the colors for your window treatment. You can also extract an accent from your area rug. If the dining room is facing the front of the house, I would recommend going with a solid, neutral colored window treatment. The style of the treatment will be determined by your kitchen/dining theme, colors and furnishings.
