We live in zone 8 and we have euphorbia. It looks great all year. If you like a really tidy yard, you may want to deadhead the flowers, but it really looks good all year. It does reseed and when you do cut it, it has a sticky milky substance that oozes out of the cut stems. We hardly water and we do pull out dead plants every couple of years, but I love the lime green disk shaped flowers and its deer resistant. I recommend it. It's also pretty in a vase!
