is there a link to the house plan somewhere that you can refer to me? This house is absolutely gorgeous yet does not look overly large....exactly what I am looking for!

Hi Thanks for your intrest. This was a custom design for a client. We do not have a link but i can tell you the main floor was aprox. 1500 sf and the basement was aprox. the same finished.
