My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I honestly can't tell which is which. This is your third thread I've looked at, and I can't tell the old from the new.

      Thanks for the feedback. The one on the right is after and the one on the left is before. The camera or the bad lighting makes them look more similar than they are.

      The wood looks a bit nicer, like it was oiled. I get that you do restorations, so keeping the fabric close to the original makes sense. I personally like modern mixed with old, but it's not my chair.
