My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Your work is always a stand-out on Houzz. I love how you manage space and light. That said: how deep are the bookcase shelves? I'm haggling with our contractor & my husband over 9 and 3/4 inch shelves vs. 8 inch shelves. Thanks for stepping into this!

    Thank you for the nice comments. I am not willing to step into the fray, but these shelves provide 12 1/4 inches depth of usable space measured from the back to the front of the nosing.
