My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the name and brand and size of this flooring in this picture. is this solid wood or engineered?

    The flooring is an engineered hardwood by Mannington called Pacaya Mesquite; color is Obsidian. It comes packaged in variable widths ...3", 5", 7" with 9"/16" thickness.

    How have those floors held up since installing? Reviews online have been bad so wanted to ask someone who is living with them now. Is the floor in this kitchen on slab or crawl space?
