Personally, I am not liking them too much one beside each other. What are the other choices of light fixtures you have from your builder for your breakfast area? Would you consider help on a different light fixture bought somewhere else?

I agree. Too close, but too different. I'd go more different from one another or from the same group.

thanks, I think I agree with you (or else I wouldn't have been insecure about it!) I'm going to look around; otherwise will just use the ones in the same group and change everything out much later!

Sounds like a good plan. When we bought our house, I picked the "group" I liked best for lights, but my dining room fixture has changed twice since we bought it 10 years ago (lol).
