I'm growing ghost peppers and insects won't leave my plants alone! I've tried dietanacious earth and mint extract. My leaves are all torn to hell and my flowers aren't budding.

Any ideas would be great.

In southern Utah, and they get around 3 hours of direct morning light per day. Beyond that it gets over 100 degrees outside, though they're kept in the shade.

They are watered almost every day, since it's so hot outside.
