Squash blossom recipes?

Please share some recipes for this summer delicacy.

I have been making quesadillas stuffed with them, light on the cheese, sometimes with special fresh herbs and maybe even a thin silver of jalapeno....they are really good. I have also been making pizzas piled high with squash blossoms and little bit of fresh this and that.....

I would love to hear what others are making....

I've been deep frying with a simple, light batter - flour, salt, and water. Sometimes mixing it up with corn starch, whole wheat flour, and cayenne.

Also been sauteing them with whatever I have. Next though,probably tomorrow, will be an attempt at stuffing them with something or other.

My grandma used to stuff them alongside stuffed grape leaves, with rice and sometimes ground meat. It is a lot of work but they were awesome.
