My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I can only tell you what we used on this project. Trim colors vary per house, the quality of the sunlight and a particular style. We used OC-17 for this house, but you'll need to test it to see if that works well in your house.
