Over the years I have given my mother various yellow rose plants to plant on Mothers' Day. She is east Texan so she appreciates nothing. Howerer, this past year she has taken a shine to Julia Child. So, I am looking to acquire 5 or 6 more plants of JC. Any advice on where I can get them at inexpensive prices. Now that the recession is over rose prices are getting jacked up!

On a tangent, is there a climber that has the disease resistance of JC that I can get to climb down a fence.
