Hi there! I've been debating what to do with my floors for a while now and I'm hoping you can help :) I had decided to go with a marble floor (attached) for my first floor. I need help with the following items please:

1) Should I go with a 12x24 marble tile or an 18x18 tile and in what orientation should I install it?

2) Should I use marble in the master bedroom as planned or leave that as carpet / upgrade to wood.

3) Do I need to upgrade the tile in the utility room to the marble as well? I feel like it's a waste.
