I'm having some issues with my container plants (hosta - about 5 of 75)). In the spring, I just assumed some kind of root rot. I hosed off the soil, did a 10% bleach soak on the roots, repotted in fresh soil and expected the best. It hasn't gone well.

If it's a fungus, I can't seem to figure out what it is.

In an unrelated pots I mentioned salt build up. Someone suggested something I never heard of. However, he's not a regular poster anymore, so, now, I don't know who to ask.

So does this tell anyone something?
