HI -- The light fixture does not go with the modern look of the rest of the bathroom and is too short and traditional . The mirrors seem a little too small but maybe adding side sconces and putting some wallpaper on that wall could help . If you need more storage you could have a narrow tall cabinet hung between mirrors but it depends on room left over after wall sconces are installed . Over head lighting does not make you look good (hag lighting ) so you need some side lights ( 3 ) that light up your face . Make the lighting more modern . I agree, the light looks out of place, I would swap out the overhead light for three sconces, a double in the center of the mirrors (3/4 of the way up) and a single on each side of the mirrors (at the same height), your electrician should be able to split the electric on the light fixture that you have to accommodate 3 new boxes to house the new fixtures.

True, but it might be less expensive if you can put 2-3 simple fixtures up and down in a column or 2 or 3 across the top. so one in the center then 1 above each mirror or 1 up top and 1 or two down the center? I would just not use the mirror for makeup.
