I have granite kitchen counter/backsplash and need to seal it. I also need to seal the grout in my bathroom which has ceramic tiles. I have never done this before and this is also the first sealing for the materials . Can you please recommend what product to use and how to go about it(the do's/don'ts).

This is what I have so far and I can use something else if that product is better.

For Granite(also shown): I have 511 impregnator sealer and a Magic erase sponge. I am planning to apply the sealer using the sponge till granite becomes damp and then leave it for 3-5 minutes. Later clean excess with a dry microfiber towel.

For ceramic tile grout: I plan to use Grout sealer which comes with the brush and let it sit for 5 minutes.. Later, wipe it out with microfiber cloth.
