Master Closet/bath Advice

I have a master bath/closet that is a horrible setup, the closet is long but narrow, so right now when my husband walks in he usually runs into the clothing (on both sides) and knocks hangers off the rods. I don't like the toilet in with the shower, but am willing to deal with it if no other option. I want to keep a tub and a shower and dual vanities. We are on a slab. Does anyone have a creative way to fix this space? Would an addition be worth it? We got quoted 125 dollars a square foot to add on.. Each square is 1 foot..Thanks for your opinions and help!!
