Unless this room is a lot smaller than it looks, pull the sectional off the wall, put a sofa table behind it. We have a similar looking sectional and used a shag rug from Overstock (Safavieh Cozy Rug) which comes in a ton of sizes. We went with ivory. You probably want a really big one if you pull that sectional off the wall. I'd keep the walls all one color and spend the paint money on furniture.
