I'm just east of you and I have what looks to be the same type of tree. At first I thought it was a Black Walnut, but those seeds were confusing. I have learned that it might be (or probably is) Tree of Heaven, an invasive. Do an image search to compare.

Yes! Thank you rgreen48, that is it! I did the image search, and also found a few good videos on YouTube about the tree of heaven. What solidly confirmed it for me was in one of the videos the person mentioned a distinct smell, like rancid peanut butter, when you break a branch from the tree. I had also thought it may be a walnut, or an ash tree. Turns out this tree is very tough to eradicate and spreads thru the seeds and by sending up shoots from the roots! I'm going to start building my arsenal to get rid of the two big ones I have behind my house. Thanks again for the information!!!
