If the trees are small enough to dig out by hand, post it on Craigs List and include some decent pictures. Do you know what kind of trees they are?

Bees that are collecting nectar and pollen are extremely unlikely to sting, so it's less of a hazard than it appears to be.

I'm not sure what kind they are I will try to upload a picture later. They drop tons of pods and leaves during the summer of that helps. One is small enough the other one would take some effort.

I agree with Lazy. Bee populations are at risk for a number of reasons. The only way a bee collecting pollen would sting is if someone was aggressive towards or swatted at them. They're not defending a hive when they're visiting flowers. Make sure your water meter box and irrigation valve boxes have a flat rock over the holes in the top. They are favorite places for bees to set up hives.
