I can go 36 to 48" but think 48 may be over the top. I have an older Thermadore 36" with oven and separate broiler and griddle now and enjoy it but am considering that make or Viking or Wolf or DCS. My best friend and brother each have DCS. I am concerned with both quality of cooking and service. I am a working mom and like to cook but don't do much baking beyond choc. chip cookies :) and the occasional birthday cake. Please help with brand and model choice. Thank you.
