My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

edges are rough on this pattern, others were near perfect, why?

we have used several patterns on our remodel. this is to be our back splash in our tiny kitchen, a nice statement. however, the edges are crazy! can't return, no time to reorder. hoping our tile guy can remedy. could you please let us know why so rough on this pattern? thanks!

    Hi,

    All tiles from our Mexican and Caribbean collections have irregular edges and imperfections. This is part of the inherent handmade characteristics of the tile as detailed on the website and how they have been produced for generations. The irregular edges are normal qualities of the tile and add to the inherent beauty of the tile and the overall handmade aesthetic.
