Need shower tile idea/advice

I just finished tiling the first wall of my shower, the tiles are large (7"x 20") wood look porcelain. My problem/ dilemma is I have a 3/4" gap between the top of the last row and the ceiling. The grout spacing is 1/4", I am not sure if I should fill the extra space with grout or do something else? Any suggestions are appreciated.

First I have no idea why you would put wood look tile in a shower 2nd 1/4” grout spacing is way too wide 3rd before you start any tile installation you need to figure out how this will look as a dry layout and adjust tile accordingly.
